Alan is a Colorado native who has come to appreciate and enjoy live theater productions and the excellent work delivered by several local performing arts companies, including Ovation West (past president and performer), Evergreen Players (performer and play selector), Stage Door (avid supporter), the Colorado Ballet (performer), Wheat Ridge Theater Company (performer, assistant director), and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (teaching artist, assistant director, student).
